Sponsor a Refugee Student to attend School of Hope in Beirut

for only $65 a month

The Syrian refugee crisis has forced over 300,000 Syrian children to seek shelter in Lebanon, unable in many cases to attend school. To encourage these children toward a brighter future, Horizons International’s MENA team founded the School of Hope educational program and ministry.

To date, only 60 out of 120 refugee children between the ages of 5 and 12 have been sponsored to attend School of Hope where they are taught both the gospel and core Syrian curriculum. Through Jesus and through their education we help give these children, and their families, a reason to hope.

For every child we help there are many more in need. For $65 a month you can sponsor a child to attend School of Hope in Beirut, Lebanon. Your contribution covers all their educational needs, including tuition, books, supplies, and snacks.

We encourage you to pray for these children. For each child you sponsor you will receive a personal card that includes their photo, name, age, and simple biographical information. Additionally we will send you periodic updates and encourage you to send an occasional card or gift (under $10 value please) so you can interact with them and let them know you are praying for them.
